In our community, adult day health care was first offered in the historic Washington School building in Eureka more than 40 years ago.

Today, Adult Day Health & Alzheimer’s Services is a program of the Humboldt Senior Resource Center, with two centers in Eureka and Fortuna that are designed for the care and support of individuals with physical and mental disabilities.

Adult Day Health Care serves any qualified disabled adult age 18 and older living in our service area that stretches from Scotia to Trinidad, and inland to Blue Lake and Carlotta.   Our program also offers support and resources for  caregivers in our community.  Please click here to see our full brochure.
