What Is Bold Day of Giving?

BOLD Day of Giving is a charitable event hosted by Access Humboldt to help local nonprofits throughout Humboldt County raise funds for their organizations on Friday, May 29th.

 

How Does BOLD Day of Giving Work?

On Friday, May 22, donors can begin contributing to HSRC’s Mightycause team page, and their donations will count toward our team’s fundraiser.

However, it is best to wait until Friday, May 29th. On May 29, a donation, regardless of the amount, could be boosted up to $1,000 by the BOLD Day of Giving’s community sponsor partners. Boosts will be announced throughout the day on May 29th on BOLD Day of Giving’s Facebook page, here.

 

Three Ways to Participate

1. Mail a check donation before May 29

You can mail a check to 1910 California Street, Eureka, CA 95501 and HSRC will enter it in on May 29 for potential boosts.

Please make checks payable to Humboldt Senior Resource Center. In the check memo, please write BOLD Day of Giving so we know your donation is for this event.

2. Donate on Mightycause

You can donate online on May 29 using a credit or debit card at HSRC’s Mightycause team page. Click the button below to go to our team page to donate.

Please note credit and debit card transactions incur processing fees on Mightycause. Sending a check is the only way to avoid the processing fee.

3. Share HSRC’s Mightycause Team Page

Please consider sharing our Mightycause team page on social media on Friday, May 29.  This will help HSRC reach others to support our mission.
