Thanksgiving at HSRC’s Heritage Cafés

The Humboldt Senior Resource Center (HSRC) will be celebrating Thanksgiving at their three Heritage Cafés in November.

Tasha Romo, HSRC Director of Nutrition & Activities, invites seniors to attend this annual event.  “It’s a great way to kick off the holiday season,” she said.

At the Arcata Heritage Café, HSRC will again partner with the Rotary Club of Arcata to sponsor this annual Thanksgiving luncheon. This year’s event on Wednesday, November 19 is at 11:30 a.m. at the Arcata Community Center.

The Eureka Heritage Café will also hold its Thanksgiving luncheon on  November 19, with lunch service beginning at 11:30 a.m.  The Eureka Heritage Cafe is located at 1910 California Street.

The Fortuna Heritage Café will be celebrating Thanksgiving on Thursday, November 20.  Lunch service begins at noon. The Fortuna Heritage Café is located in the Gene Lucas Community Center at 3000 Newburg Road.
