Redwood Coast PACE Is Enrolling!

Redwood Coast PACE a comprehensive healthcare and social services program is now enrolling. The goal of PACE is to keep frail older adults as independent as possible in their homes and community, and to delay or avoid their placement in a skilled nursing facility.
To be eligible, qualified participants must be age 55 or older, need a state-certified nursing home level of care, be able to live safely in the community, and reside in our service area, which covers Scotia to Trinidad and inland to Blue Lake and Carlotta.
